客户服务实习生/Customer Service Intern)(兼职 / Part-Time)

岗位职责 / Responsibilities
  • 根据指示协助同事跟进各类工作

    Assist colleagues in project follow-up and general coordination tasks.

  • 处理、翻译及制作日本文件

    Translate, prepare, and process Japanese documents.

  • 协助销售部门进行营销活动

    Support marketing campaigns and sales activities.

  • 项目跟进及回覆客户查询

    Handle client inquiries and assist with project coordination.

  • 与客户及日本总公司沟通

    Communicate effectively with clients and the Japan headquarters.

  • 执行临时项目

    Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

任职要求 / Requirements
  • 懂读写中文,懂阅读英文

    Proficient in written Chinese and reading English.

  • 良好日文水平(JLPT N1 或同等程度),能与日本公司流畅沟通

    Good command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) for effective communication.

  • 熟练使用常用电脑应用

    Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).

  • 曾与日本机构合作经验者优先

    Prior experience working with Japanese organizations is a plus.

  • 每周可固定工作 2-3 天

    Able to commit 2–3 fixed working days per week.
